Wise Immigration sends 2 delegates for NC Fam Tour, ICEF North America Workshop

Wise Immigration took part in 2 different events in Canada earlier this month, sending two new delegates to Niagara College Fam Tour and ICEF North America Workshop-Toronto.

Niagara College welcomed more than 65 global recruiters from over 20 countries as part of the annual Study in Niagara Familiarization (FAM) Tour in partnership with Brock University, the District School Board of Niagara and the Tourism Partnership of Niagara from April 29 to May 1.

The main goal of the tour is to invite global educational recruitment agents to visit the participating institutions, learn about the region and meet faculty and staff.

“We have been consistently sending students to Niagara College year after year –NC is the number one school in the eyes of our organization,” said Engr. Ben Ryan Ybanez, CEO and President of Wise Immigration.

“It’s more than a partnership to us, Niagara College feels like a second family. We have such a strong association with the College in the Philippines that when someone says our agency’s name, they automatically think of Niagara College,” he added.

Meanwhile, Wise Immigration’s delegates also participated in the ICEF North America Workshop in Westin Harbour Castle, Toronto last April 26-28, 2018.

The ICEF North America Workshop – Toronto gives educators and service providers from Canada and the United States the opportunity to meet top-quality student recruitment agents from around the world.

This event has attracted an increasing number of participants over the past seven years, firmly establishing it as Canada’s leading education networking event.

As per Beverly Verallo, one of the delegates and documentation officer of Wise Immigration, her whole experience in NC and ICEF was fulfilling since it was her childhood dream to be in Canada.

“It was a dream come true. I was able to experience the Canadian life; its weather, food and way of living. It made me want to go back and live there for good. Thank you Wise for this opportunity!” said Verallo.

Cheryl Eve Salingay, on the other hand, said that joining the ICEF Toronto and NC FamTrip 2018 was a great privilege and opportunity given to her.

“It is not only about the schools and the programs offered but the experience you get during the whole trip. Because of that first-hand experience, I can now share great things about Canada to all aspiring individuals who wish to go there and fulfill their Canadian dreams.”
