Wise Immigration sends more than 100 students to Canada last year

Canada has been performing well in terms of the number of international students studying in the country because of its world class institutions, lower costs, and a safe and healthy environment.

In fact, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada revealed that there’s a 22% increase in students who entered Canada last year.

A report from PIE News also revealed that the total number of study permit holders in Canada as of 31 December 2016 was 414,946, up from 351,330 (an 18% increase) in 2015.

Philippines ranked 16th in the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada Top 20 sending markets for Canadian education, with numbers increased by nearly 70% to reach 3,350 from 1,980 last year.
