MITT

Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology was known as Winnipeg Technical College until June 12, 2014. It became a stand-alone hybrid institution providing both secondary and post-secondary skills training. MITT has over 25 part-time and full-time post-secondary programs falling under the categories of Business and Information Technology, Health Care, Lifelong Learning Institute, Human Services, Skilled Trades, and Youth-build courses. Some of these programs are Industrial Welding, Culinary Arts and Design, Cyber Defense and Cloud Administration Diploma, French Electrical, Hospitality Management Diploma, Network Security Diploma, and Network and Computer Technology. MITT is committed to producing students equipped with theoretical knowledge and experiential learning to connect education with employment.
