CASE OFFICER
Qualifications:
• A Graduate of any 4 year program
• Applicant with 6 months’ work experience is an advantage
• Must be proficient with MS Office
• Aggressive in telemarketing & field work
• With good oral and written communication skills

Duties and Roles:
• Identifies sales leads and sources
• Initiates communication with incoming leads/ prospects through company’s efforts and the individual’s as well
• Achieves monthly sales target
• Conforms to all Sales Policies and Procedures of the Sales Team ensuring proper WISe Sales’ conduct, decorum and culture
• Assists in resolving customer’s queries, complaints, or issues in a timely manner
• Works seamless with other sales executives to develop strategies to attract, maintain and round potential clients.
• Attends performances and other events as required out of the normal office hours within and outside Cebu
• Helps management in forthcoming services and discuss on special promotions
• Supports the overall marketing objective of the company both externally and internally
• Takes responsibility for specific campaigns and promotional events as agreed with the Operational Manager meetings, orientations, symposiums, seminars or any form of gathering wherein the company can promote its interest

Qualifications:

• Can work with less supervision and can handle pressure

• Able to handle multiple requests while detailing document activity

Duties and Roles:
• Assesses student’s profile for international school application
• Updates new programs from the partner schools, tuition fee, available scholarships, requirements, etc.
• Updates Embassy rules and guidelines and CIC forms
• Takes responsibility for regular coordination to students with their application updates/reminders/changes from the school or from the embassy
• Assists students in processing and gathering school requirements, program selection and school application
• Checks thoroughly the client’s documents
• Keeps records of all the client’s documents
• Maintains record of all client engagements
• Observes high level of professionalism and customer service to attain client’s satisfaction
• Maintains and observes high level of confidentiality in every client’s profile and documents
• Coordinates always with VP Study Program Specialist
• Travels and is open to temporary/permanent assignment for the other branches that needs program specialist

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Advertising, Mass Communication or equivalent
• At least 6 months to 1 year work experience related to the field
• Must be proficient with MS Office
• Excellent in oral and written communication
• Must be competent in social media management and content writing
• Must be updated in latest market trends in social media
• Ability to multi-task & work under pressure
• Aggressive in telemarketing & field work
• Approved ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Show initiative, self-starting, is a resourceful problem solver and a team player
• Ability to work and travel for minor and major company events

Duties and Roles:
• Builds and executes social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification
• Administers the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content
• Implements social media strategies that align with the company’s business goals *
